Is dinner/tea included in the ticket price?

Yes. Both the Dinner Gala and Teatime Experience include a full meal or tea service as part of the ticket.

What’s your refund or cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but date changes may be accommodated with advance notice based on availability. Please contact our guest services team for assistance.
