General Admission includes access to hundreds of authentic artifacts and full-scale re-creations of iconic Titanic spaces such as the Grand Staircase, First-Class Parlor Suite, Verandah Café, and Promenade Deck. This immersive experience offers a powerful and educational look at the people, events, and legacy of Titanic’s fateful journey—told through deeply personal stories of passengers and crew.
Guests typically spend 45 minutes to 2 hours exploring the Exhibition, depending on whether they choose a self-guided or guided tour.
With a General Admission ticket, you may enter at any time during operating hours on your selected date. Wait times may vary, especially during scheduled guided tours.
Yes. Audio guides can be purchased onsite. Available languages include English, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Portuguese.
No. Guided tours with an Artifact Specialist are available for an additional $5 per person and offer a more in-depth experience.
Yes. We offer two immersive experiences: the Titanic Dinner Gala, a theatrical four-course dinner set on the Ship’s final night, and the First-Class Titanic Tea, a refined afternoon tea hosted by costumed characters. Both experiences require separate tickets and advance reservations, and include unique performances, food, and historical storytelling not available with general admission.
Yes, our gift shop features a wide selection of Titanic-themed merchandise, including apparel, collectibles, books, replica artifacts, and exclusive souvenirs. It's the perfect place to take home a piece of history. The gift shop is open to all guests during regular operating hours—no ticket required to browse.
Non-flash photography is permitted throughout most of the Exhibition—except at the Grand Staircase. Videography is not allowed.
Souvenir photos taken during your visit can be purchased at the Gift Shop, at the end of your visit.
Yes. The building is fully accessible for guests using wheelchairs, power scooters, and other mobility devices.
Yes, the experience includes walking through several exhibit areas. If mobility accommodations are needed, please let us know in advance.
Some areas of the Exhibition simulate the temperature of the North Atlantic—bring a light jacket to stay comfortable.
Yes. Group reservations are available for schools, tour groups, corporate outings, and other organizations. Discounts may apply for groups of 10 or more. To book or inquire about availability, please contact us at reservationsorl@emgroup.com. Advance booking is recommended.
Regular admission and guided tours tickets: There are no cancellations or refunds. Tickets purchased for TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition are good for up to Thirty (30) days from date of purchase. All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed. You will automatically be notified if this occurs to the provided email address. If an emergency comes up closer to your arrival and you can’t make it, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just contact us at 407-248-1166.
