FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to buy the VR Experience in advance?

No, you do not need to buy tickets for the VR Experience in advance. You can buy them in person at the Box Office as well.

Is this a seated or standing VR Experience?

This is a seated experience, and therefore suitable for all ages and physical conditions.

How long does the VR Experience last?

The video is 12 minutes long but please a lot an extra 5 minutes at the beginning to pick up your headset from the Box Office and to put it on and adjust the settings. Also allow a few minutes afterwards to return the headset back to the Box Office before you proceed to the rest of the Exhibition

Are the headsets cleaned in between each use?

Yes, we clean each headset after every use but we also have wipes available in the VR area.

Can I wear glasses?

Yes, the headsets are large enough to accommodate wearing glasses.
