Ross Mumford

Titanic Researcher

Ross Mumford is the Titanic Researcher and Content Specialist for RMS Titanic Inc., with over 13 years of experience researching and teaching Titanic history to audiences of all ages. He specializes in Edwardian culture, the Harland & Wolff Shipyard, and Titanic’s evolving legacy, with a focus on Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. Ross has received multiple research grants and presented his work at international conferences and symposia. He helped teach the first semester-long university course on Titanic and developed the first comprehensive Titanic curriculum for K–12 students. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Music from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where he was a U.K. Summer Fulbright Scholar. He is a member of the Belfast Titanic Society, Titanic International Society, and Titanic Society of Atlantic Canada.
